Job Responsibilities:
  • Skin Consulting, hands-on facials, waxing, suggest and promote skin treatments and products
  • Tracks customers' progress closely and provides skin advice and recommendations
  • Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations
  • Selling of skin treatments, packages and products
  • Exhibits genuine interest and commitment in solving customers' skin issues
  • Keep proper documentation and maintain clear customer files
  • Ensure spa cleanliness
  • Maintain facial equipment and inventory of products
  • Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
